Financial Crisis and Investment options

In the recent past with the sub prime crisis looming over the Markets of United States of America led to the downfall of most of the markets and economies worldwide. The global investment channels got disrupted by the recent Filing for Bankruptcy by Lehman Brothers and AIG too looming into trouble had led to the financial valuation of many other subsidiaries companies that were working for these big investment giants to look for other financial opinion and channels to get funds from.

Most of the investment companies which were making profits from these investment biggies are now into trouble and are looking for solvency opinion. The main option with these companies is to sack nonperforming or under performing units and employees. The worst hit are the back office operations, mostly offshored to other countries to cut cost, are now being considered to be closed. The majorly hit sectors would be banking stocks and stocks of other financial institutions.

According to Merill Lynch, there is still hope in the Asian Markets as the Dow Jones and the NYSE will show no signs of recovering in the recent days. The bear run is there to stay for at least three months. The best places to park your money is to buy funds in India and other growing economies. India saw a drop in its Sensex by over 700 points as the opening hours. The investors should wait for some more downfall in the market and then invest back into India as soon as the Sensex reaches 11000. This level would be a great opportunity to invest into India for Mid term and Long term Investment gains.
